I dont't know how (and if) you can change the "/" with a dot ".", but to change the date format from 8/27/2007 to 27.08.2007 you must change in Common.php this section:
From:

$CCSLocales->AddLocale("en", Array("en", "US", array("Yes", "No", ""), 2, ".", ",", array("January", "February", "March", "April", "May", "June", "July", "August", "September", "October", "November", "December"), array("Jan", "Feb", "Mar", "Apr", "May", "Jun", "Jul", "Aug", "Sep", "Oct", "Nov", "Dec"), array("Sunday", "Monday", "Tuesday", "Wednesday", "Thursday", "Friday", "Saturday"), array("Sun", "Mon", "Tue", "Wed", "Thu", "Fri", "Sat"), array("S", "M", "T", "W", "T", "F", "S"), array("m", "/", "d", "/", "yyyy"), array("dddd", ", ", "mmmm", " ", "dd", ", ", "yyyy"), array("h", ":", "nn", " ", "tt"), array("h", ":", "nn", ":", "ss", " ", "tt"), "AM", "PM", 0, false, "", "utf-8", "UTF-8"));

to:

$CCSLocales->AddLocale("en", Array("en", "US", array("Yes", "No", ""), 2, ".", ",", array("January", "February", "March", "April", "May", "June", "July", "August", "September", "October", "November", "December"), array("Jan", "Feb", "Mar", "Apr", "May", "Jun", "Jul", "Aug", "Sep", "Oct", "Nov", "Dec"), array("Sunday", "Monday", "Tuesday", "Wednesday", "Thursday", "Friday", "Saturday"), array("Sun", "Mon", "Tue", "Wed", "Thu", "Fri", "Sat"), array("S", "M", "T", "W", "T", "F", "S"), array("d", "/", "m", "/", "yyyy"), array("dddd", ", ", "dd", " ", "mmmm", ", ", "yyyy"), array("h", ":", "nn", " ", "tt"), array("h", ":", "nn", ":", "ss", " ", "tt"), "AM", "PM", 0, false, "", "utf-8", "UTF-8"));

And also, if you want your week start on Monday, change in same section from: "AM", "PM", 0, false, "", "utf-8", "UTF-8"));
to: "AM", "PM", 1, false, "", "utf-8", "UTF-8"));

Hope i've helped you. Bye!

Finally I got it. I had to edit the functionfunction twettynen_posted_on() { $time = esc_attr(get_the_time()); $date = get_the_date(); $author = get_the_author(); printf( __( Posted on %2$s by %3$s', twettynen' ), meta-prep meta-prep-author', sprintf( at %2$s , get_permalink(), $time, $date, $time ), sprintf( , get_author_posts_url( get_the_author_meta( ID' ) ), sprintf( esc_attr__( View all posts by %s', twettynen' ), $author), $author ) );}
