UltraApps Issue Manager
A web-based issue, bug, and task tracker used by software and project teams — including a later commercial “Enhanced” edition.
Issue Manager was a web application for tracking issues, bugs, and tasks. It was commonly used in software development but also suited any multi-person project that needed assignment, status, and history in one place. Editions were distributed with source code for common server stacks of the era, including ASP, ASP.NET, and PHP, with database options such as MySQL, Microsoft Access, and SQL Server.
Documented capabilities included authenticated multi-level access, assignment by person, priority, and status, searchable issue grids, bookmarks for saved queries, response history, file attachments, Excel export, and template/CSS customization. A later commercial variant — Issue Manager Enhanced — added multi-project support, custom fields, stronger search, and printable reports on top of the standard edition.
